On 29/6/2018, at UDC's head office 04 Nguyễn Thiện Thuật Street, Ward 24, Bình Thạnh District, Mr. Hoàng Hữu Định Quốc – Chair man of Members'Council of UDC and Mr. Lý Thọ Đắc – Deputy Director of UDC received high ranking delegates of Saint Petersburg City (Federation of Russia), delegates of Vodokanal Company within the framework of the visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

The working delegation visited UDC's head office and discussed wastewater treatment in Ho Chi Minh City and future possible cooperation between the two cities
